Unlimited / Unmetered Usage Policy for Shared Hosting & WordPress Hosting
An unlimited web hosting plan means that there is no fixed limit on the amount of server resources, such as disk space, bandwidth, databases, and email accounts that you can use. However, this does not mean that you can use the resources indiscriminately or in a manner that can affect the performance and stability of the server or other websites hosted on it. As such, we have an acceptable usage policy (AUP) in place for our unlimited web hosting plans to ensure fair usage and prevent abuse of resources. Our AUP requires that you use the resources in a manner that is consistent with the normal operation of a website. For example, you should not use the server as a file storage or backup service, or for streaming large multimedia files. Additionally, you should not engage in any activities that violate our terms of service or the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to monitor your usage and take necessary actions, including suspension or termination of your account, if we find that you are violating our AUP or causing harm to the server or other websites hosted on it.
Fair Usage Policy for Shared Hosting & WordPress Hosting
At Get Cloud, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch web hosting services to our customers. To ensure that our services remain of the highest quality, we have implemented a fair usage policy (FUP) for our customers. This policy requires customers to use our services in a responsible manner that does not adversely affect the server's performance or the experience of other users.
As part of our FUP, we do not permit customers to engage in activities such as spamming, phishing, or hosting illegal content. Also, our AUP requires that you use the resources in a manner that is consistent with the normal operation of a website. For example, you should not use the server as a file storage or backup service, or for streaming large multimedia files. We carefully monitor the usage of our resources to ensure that no single customer is using an excessive amount of resources, which could negatively impact the performance of our services.
If we find that a customer is in breach of our FUP, we will reach out to them and work together to find a suitable solution to reduce their resource usage. Additionally, we would recommend our auto-scalable cloud hosting to customers who require to host their resource-intensive websites or applications.
Please note that the FUP does not apply when the term "Truly Unlimited" is mentioned in the product details. As part of the FUP policy, customers cannot hold a CPU core at its full speed for more than 15 minutes, and a single file size cannot be more than 1GB. And, a file with a size of more than 100MB cannot be stored on the server for more than 72 hours. Since we do not store your automated backup in your web hosting space this fair usage policy will not affect your automated backups. A single website or application should not exceed the FUP disk space of 5GB, which is typically sufficient for small to medium-sized websites and applications. We also have an inodes limit to ensure fair usage for the server's stability. With the Personal plan, we have an inode limit of 200000, for the Professional plan we have an inode limit of 1000000, and for the Enterprise plan, we have an inode limit of 2000000 Inodes.
For storage of large files, we recommend using Get Cloud CDN (Content Delivery Network) or Get Cloud Cloud Storage service with our shared hosting plans. If you require more flexibility, our cloud hosting plans may be a better fit, as they allow you to pay only for what you use, without any limits in place.

No Limit on Server Resources for Auto Scalable Cloud Hosting
Our cloud hosting service offers an Auto-Scalable model where you pay for what you use. We do not impose any hard limits on server resources such as CPU, RAM, Disk, or Bandwidth. You can host any number of websites, databases, FTP accounts, files, or sizes of files without any restrictions. Billing Policy, Service Suspension & Termination
Customers must pay all due bills on time. If a bill remains unpaid for 15 days from the due date, the service will be suspended. In such cases, customers will have 30 days from the date of suspension to reactivate the service. If the service is not reactivated within 30 days, all data on the server will be deleted.
Prohibited Activities
Customers may not use our products and services for any illegal or spammy activity. This includes but is not limited to spamming, phishing, hosting illegal content, and engaging in activities that may adversely affect the performance of the server or the experience of other users or any other activity that violates our or any third party's policies in case you are using respective third products or services through us. If we find that a customer is engaging in prohibited activities, we will suspend their service with a 3-15 days show cause notice based on the priority of the reason. If we receive any orders from the honorable high count of Kolkata or the Supreme Court of India, we may suspend the service immediately without waiting for any response.
Deletion of Data
If a customer's service is suspended, they have 30 days to activate it. If they fail to activate the service within this period, their data will be deleted from the server. In the case of your Personal and/or Financial Information, you may ask us to change or delete your personal and/or financial information anytime as per our privacy policy. We will delete all your Personal and/or Financial Information with immediate effect after your written legal consent. Please note. we may ask for some verifications during registration and/or purchase of product/service and/or change of personal information to protect the community and be aligned with the laws. We may also not delete some of your personal & financial information in case you have any active products and services with us. In case of cancelation of any product or service, we will delete all associated data from our servers with a cooling period of a maximum of 30 days or with an immediate effect concerning the written legal consent of the customer. Additional AUP & Privacy Policy for using Third-Party Products and Services
We are the authorized reselling partner for certain third-party products and services that we offer to our customers. Therefore, customers who use these products and services must follow the acceptable usage policy and privacy policy of the respective third party as per their purchased product and/or service, which can be found on our legal policies page and the product and/or service details in my account section and the welcome email sent after the purchase. Customers should be aware that any violation of the third party's acceptable usage policy may result in the suspension or termination of their respective products and/or services.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and their data. We do not sell, rent, or distribute any customer data to any third-party entity without the express permission of the customer. However, we may be required to disclose customer data to law enforcement or other government agencies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If we receive a court order or other legal request for customer data, we will make every effort to notify the customer before disclosing the data unless we are prohibited by law from doing so. Our privacy policy applies to all customers who use our services, regardless of their location or the location of their customers. By using our services, customers agree to abide by our privacy policy. We take the security and confidentiality of our customer data seriously and have implemented physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or use of customer data. If a customer believes their data has been compromised, they should contact us immediately, and we will take all necessary steps to investigate and remediate the situation. We reserve the right to update our privacy policy at any time and without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing our privacy policy regularly and ensuring compliance with any changes made.

We reserve the right to amend this AUP at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep themselves updated with the current version of this AUP.
