Thank you for considering to become an affiliate of Get Cloud. Our affiliate program is designed to reward our affiliates for promoting our hosting, domain name, and cloud services to their audience. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our affiliate policies below. By becoming an affiliate of Get Cloud, you agree to comply with these policies.

Commission Rates

We offer a commission of 5% to 20% on all our products and services, except for domain name registrations or transfers. The commission rate varies based on the product and the sales volume generated by the affiliate. We also provide a one-time affiliate bonus once you sign up for our affiliate program

No Commission on Domain Name Registration or Transfer

We do not offer any commission on domain name registrations or transfers.

No Commission on Product Upgrades or Add-ons

We do not offer any commission on product upgrades or add-ons.

No Commission on Renewals

We do not offer any commission on renewals.

Commission on New Orders for All Clients

We offer affiliate commission on all new orders for all clients, whether they are new or existing.

Effective Bill after Applying for Promotions

In case of any active promotion, affiliate commission may be paid only on the effective bill after applying for the promotion.

30-Day No-Question-Ask Money Back Guarantee Window

To protect our network, we will approve affiliate commission only if the product and/or service stays active for at least 30 days. This means that the affiliate commission will be on hold for our 30-day no-question-ask money-back guarantee window. If the product and/or service gets canceled within this 30-day window, we will not provide any affiliate commission for that sale.

Suppose you are an affiliate of Get Cloud and you promote our hosting services to your audience. One of your followers clicks on your affiliate link and signs up for our hosting service. You will receive a commission on that sale. However, if the product or service is canceled within this 30-day window, we will not provide any affiliate commission for that sale.

90-Day Cookie Life

Our affiliate system's cookie life is 90 days. This means that if a customer clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 90 days, you will still earn a commission. But Keep in mind our affiliate system is strong enough to detect or block any fake clicks and sale

Payout and Withdrawal

We will disburse the payout of your affiliate commission to your bank account when you request a withdrawal. You can withdraw your affiliate earnings only when your affiliate earning balance stays at Rs. 500 INR (or equivalent in other currency) or more.

Right to Decline Commission for Breach of Legal Policies

We reserve the right to decline your affiliate commission for a specific sale if the respective client breaches any of our legal policies with the respective product and/or services.

Consequences of Breaching Legal Policies

We may decline affiliate commissions, forfeit all earned commissions, and even block your affiliate account if you (the affiliate) do not follow any of our legal policies, especially our affiliate policy.

To further clarify, We reserve the right to decline your affiliate commission for a specific sale if the respective client breaches any of our legal policies with the respective product and/or services. However, we will only take other actions like forfeiting the earnings or blocking the affiliate account if the affiliate breaches any of our legal policies, especially our affiliate policy.

Promotion Policy

Affiliates are not allowed to promote our products and/or services in any type of illegal or spammy means. This includes including our links on illegal & spammy websites, promoting in the dark or deep web, spam emails, spammy pop-up ads, and so on. Although affiliates are allowed to promote their Get Cloud affiliate links with some sort of incentives, that should be in a transparent and friendly manner. Nothing should be forceful, spammy, or in any illegal way.

Affiliates are allowed to use our branding and brand identity, but they should not damage, misuse, abuse, reproduce, or resell our brand identity. Affiliates are not our partners or staff and do not hold any legal rights to our copyrights, products and/or services, and brand identity. They are not allowed to sell or provide support for Get Cloud products and/or services in their names.

Affiliates cannot promote our products and/or services in any type of illegal or spammy means, which includes including our links in illegal and spammy websites, promoting in the dark or deep web, spam emails, spammy pop-up ads, and so on. Although affiliates are allowed to promote their Get Cloud affiliate links with some sort of incentives, it should be done in a transparent and friendly manner. Nothing should be forced, spammy, or illegal. Affiliates are allowed to use our branding and brand identity, but they should not damage, misuse, abuse, reproduce, or resell our brand identity. Affiliates are not our partners or staff and do not hold any legal rights in our copyrights, products and/or services, and brand identity. You (affiliates) are not allowed to sell or provide support for Get Cloud products and/or services in their names.

Affiliates are welcome to promote our products and services through their blogs, websites, social media, or other marketing channels. However, all promotions must comply with our terms and conditions, legal policies, and applicable laws.

Here are some examples of acceptable promotion methods:

• Create a blog post, videos, social media post, or review about our products and services including your affiliate link.
• Sharing your affiliate link on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, or in any other legal means
• Running paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads for your blog or social media channels which may include your Get Cloud Affiliate link in one or multiple posts. But we are not liable for your post content
• Offering users small incentives, coupons, deals or giveaways at your own risk but in a transparent and legal way

Here are some examples of unacceptable promotion methods:

• Including your affiliate link on illegal or spammy websites.
• Running paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads by directly using your affiliate link.
• Promoting our products and services in the dark or deep web.
• Presenting yourself or your entity as a part of Get Cloud other than a sales affiliate
• Sending spam emails or spammy pop-up ads to promote our products and services.
• Creating fake reviews or misleading information about our products and services to generate sales.

If you are found to be promoting our products and services through any of these unacceptable promotion methods, we reserve the right to decline your affiliate commission for that sale and even block your affiliate account. Or even running a social awareness campaign against your fraud

We take our affiliate program very seriously and expect all our affiliates to follow our policies and guidelines. By promoting our products and services, you agree to comply with all our terms and conditions, legal policies, and applicable laws.
